چکیده
Plant diseases and pests cause a large loss of world agricultural production. Downy mildew is major disease in grapevine. Conventional techniques for plant evaluations are time-consuming require expert personnel. This work investigates novel sensing technologies artificial intelligence applications assessing downy grapevine under laboratory conditions. In our methodology, machine vision applied to assess sporulation, while hyperspectral imaging used explore its potential capability towards early detection this disease. Image analysis RGB leaf disc images estimate (Plamopara viticola) severity (Vitis vinifera L. cv Tempranillo). A determination coefficient (R2) 0.76 ** root mean square error (RMSE) 20.53% observed the correlation between by computer expert’s visual assessment. Furthermore, an accuracy 81% achieved detect using images. These results indicate that non-invasive can be quantify sporulation leaves. The key evaluated conclusion, vision, learning could important

Artificial Life Modeling of Downy Mildew of the Grapevine
This paper presents an overview of an ongoing dissertation, whose main objective is to study the combined application of artificial life and evolutionary algorithm techniques to the development of simulation models for crop diseases, applied to the concrete case of downy mildew of the grapevine.
متن کاملOptical detection of downy mildew in grapevine leaves: daily kinetics of autofluorescence upon infection
A 15-day survey of autofluorescence has been conducted upon infection by downy mildew [Plasmopara viticola (Berk. & M.A. Curtis) Berl. & de Toni] of leaves of a susceptible grapevine genotype. Different autofluorescence signals were followed from the cellular to the whole-leaf level by using four types of devices for fluorosensing: a macroscope, a spectrofluorimeter, a portable field optical se...
متن کاملAre grapevine stomata involved in the elicitor-induced protection against downy mildew?
Stomata, natural pores bordered by guard cells, regulate transpiration and gas exchanges between plant leaves and the atmosphere. These natural openings also constitute a way of penetration for microorganisms. In plants, the perception of potentially pathogenic microorganisms or elicitors of defense reactions induces a cascade of events, including H(2)O(2) production, that allows the activation...
متن کاملAt least two origins of fungicide resistance in grapevine downy mildew populations.
Quinone outside inhibiting (QoI) fungicides represent one of the most widely used groups of fungicides used to control agriculturally important fungal pathogens. They inhibit the cytochrome bc1 complex of mitochondrial respiration. Soon after their introduction onto the market in 1996, QoI fungicide-resistant isolates were detected in field plant pathogen populations of a large range of species...
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequence of Plasmopara viticola, the Grapevine Downy Mildew Pathogen
Plasmopara viticola is a biotrophic pathogenic oomycete responsible for grapevine downy mildew. We present here the first draft of the P. viticola genome. Analysis of this sequence will help in understanding plant-pathogen interactions in oomycetes, especially pathogen host specialization and adaptation to host resistance.
